As a breeder, we try to make our varieties as sustainable as possible. If the varieties that will be or are commercially available are produced, technological development in particular contributes to this sustainability. This goes hand in hand with delivery reliability and assurance of plant quality.
Production
It is in our DNA to always get better at what we do and to look (far) ahead, in all areas and in all facets. The constant improvement and sustainability of our production process is aimed at maximum delivery reliability (planning & quality). New automation goes hand in hand with ever-improving quality and reliability. With this new automation, we do not only have better technology for plant handling, but also better vision technology with smart software. This data is used to analyse growth, which at the same time provides information that we use to plan better. The more predictable and robust the production process is in terms of time and quality, the higher the delivery reliability. Our goal is to be the most reliable supplier for our customers worldwide: not only by supplying high-quality plant material, but also by being a stable supplier, partly due to our proactive work, flexibility and risk spreading. Anthurium
