During the FlowerTrials, we open our doors for you!

Back at last! After three years, we’re opening our doors again on the occasion of the FlowerTrials®, where we will be presenting promising varieties, novelties and concepts. An abundance of orchids and Anthurium will be on display in our show greenhouse.

You are welcome to come and take a look at our top selection of Anthurium and Phalaenopsis during the Flower Trials. We look forward to welcoming you to our new headquarters and show greenhouse to talk about your choices for the future.

Ornamental orchids
Our expertise in Phalaenopsis is known worldwide and our breeding processes focus on strong external and internal qualities. During the Flower Trials you can assess the finest selection of our novelties and prototypes: your varieties of the future:

Anthura Bologna is an orchid with an exceptionally intense orange colour that, given sufficient cultivation time, produces beautiful multi-stemmed plants with plenty of flowers.

Anthura Bologna

Anthura San Marino
is a compact Phalaenopsis about 50 cm high with a warm orange colour.

Manta Ambon’s long stems with large round flowers give the variety a generous look. With a shelf life of more than 20 weeks, consumers can enjoy this plant for a long time.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to view the other Phalaenopsis.

Zygopetalum
We proudly present our first Zygopetalum, and quite a special one! The violet-blue flowers give the variety a very exclusive look. Impasto® Blue is a good grower, has beautiful dark green leaves, and flowers easily. The compact leaf position makes the variety suitable for both 9 cm and 12 cm pots.

Colourful Anthurium
This year, we’re shining a spotlight on four colourful Anthurium pot plants. These impressive varieties stand out because of their colour, size and quality have been chosen as favourites.

Delicata® has a delicate look with its dark green, almost black leaves combined with dark red flowers. A graceful, refined plant that reflects current botanical trends.

Saxo® has heart-shaped flowers that are distinctive for their shape and bright red colour. The flowers are located both above and between the leaves

Florida® is an intense orange pot Anthurium with a tropical look, suitable for the larger pot sizes. This compact variety reflects the entire colour mix and really shines on the shelf.

Alpine® is a vigorous pot Anthurium with snow-white flowers and dark green leaves. This contrast makes the flowers really stand out.

Their internal properties are just as important as their outer appearance, including cold and heat tolerance and shelf life.

On-trend cut Anthurium
Anthurium cut flowers are gaining in popularity. They are getting stronger and stronger, more resistant to heat and cold, last for a long time, and come in countless shapes, sizes and colours. As a result, there is something for everyone. This year we are paying special attention to the newcomers Rambla and Graciosa.

Graciosa

Graciosa® is both large and stylish. The flower is creamy white and has a fresh appearance due to the green tip of the spadix.

Rambla® is a versatile flower in the perfect shade of red. In addition to its high production figures and cold tolerance, this newcomer is easy to use in all kinds of bouquets and arrangements.
