Anthura at the IPM

Start the new year with a visit to the IPM in Essen. You are most welcome from January 24 to 27 at our stand 1B10 in Hall 1.0.

The Garden Orchid season has begun and we are presenting the new product line to the audience as well as showcasing the newest spectacular pot plants of 2017.

Presentation of the Garden Orchid line
“The Garden Orchid season has begun and offers retail a whole new product category: orchids for the garden. Where once it was the bulbs season that traditionally kicked off the garden season, it is now the turn of the Garden Orchid. This offers opportunities for the whole chain”, says Dennis van Veldhoven, Sales Manager of Garden Orchid.

At the IPM we are presenting the complete Garden Orchid line. Known to date for the popular and exclusive Cypripedium, Garden Orchid has been expanded with new family members: Pleione, Cypripedium, Calanthe and Blettila.

Take a look at the website www.gardenorchid.com for more information. If you’re interested in the availability and sales of the plants, please contact Dennis van Veldhoven (Sales Manager of Garden Orchid) at +31623244093 or by emailing dennis.van.veldhoven@anthura.nl.

New favourites
Every year we launch new varieties, which means that the diversity of varieties in our assortment is huge and offers endless possibilities. For the IPM our product specialists have chosen their own favourites.

Anthura Narbonne
Anthura Narbonne is a Mediterranean beauty for the 12 cm pot size. The warm, copper red flowers feature a soft pink bottom layer. This orchid grows easily with excellent uniformity and a high percentage of plants with several spikes. Bring the French sun into your home!

Colorado®
Colorado is majestic, spectacular, and unmistakable. The size of the flowers, in particular, is sensational. As a member of the ‘Big American’ series, this pink newcomer needs to give a good image. The plant is both cold- and heat-tolerant and suitable for the large pot sizes.
