Anthura’s 80th anniversary
With gratitude to everyone who has supported us, Anthura proudly celebrates its 80th anniversary in 2018. Anthura’s family roots go back to 1938, the year when first generation of family van der Knaap started a horticulture company. In eighty years we have grown from a small family business to a worldwide specialist in Orchids and Anthurium. We would like to celebrate this together with you and will make it a festive year.
Novelties
We are not only looking back at the past 80 years, but also looking at the future. Our novelties are the start of the future. At the TPIE special attention is paid to a fine selection of novelties. These novelties are our product managers first choice varieties of the future: Anthura Monza, Anthura Morelia, Anthura Bloomington, Anthura Pretoria (all Phalaenopsis pot plants) and Zizou® (Anthurium pot plant).

Small is the next BIG thing
Special attention will be paid to the smaller pot sizes for both Anthurium and Phalaenopsis. The demand for the small pot sizes increases, it is an upcoming market, that is becoming more and more important. Anthura runs ahead in this small pot size segment.
