Sales team

In the Netherlands, and in countries where Anthura (still) does not have an agent, Anthura sells through direct personal sales. Anthura has a professional sales department with guaranteed know-how. Our key values are continued development and increasing our knowledge.

The sales department stands for clear advice on choice of assortment, extensive breeding guidance and good after sales. The customer is contacted on a regular basis, and advised in the areas of contamination, pest control, climate control and packaging. Our sales department is composed of a Dutch sales department and an export sales department. The expertise of the Dutch sales department is supported by commercial director Ing. Marco van Herk.

The export sales department is led by commercial export manager Ir. Rick Kroon. He ensures all sales efforts of both agents and Anthura sales managers are effectively streamlined. After all, the products deserve a global positioning. The sales department consists of two departments, office and field sales.

The official staff consists of employees with a predominant economic background and a vast experience in personal sales. Furthermore, they have great knowledge of export matters and a working knowledge of at least 3 foreign languages.

The field sales managers generally have an agricultural educational background. They visit customers regularly to offer them with breeding advice and optimize the results of their clients. They also visit potential outlets and initiate new projects.
