Update online Anthura assortment

08-01-2009 | The online Anthura assortment has been updated. You will find more than 485 varieties on the website. In the menu “Varieties” you will find a complete outline of all the Anthurium and Phalaenopsis varieties per culture (pot plants and cut flower).

Quick search
With one click you can search in the complete Anthurium and Phalaenopsis assortment. With a special search engine it is possible to find varieties by selection of specific characteristics; trade mark, colour, pot and flower size, pattern and type of variety.

Extra
Each variety has its own detailed page. You can easily click on the picture to magnify it, to see the details of the flower or plant. A printer head gives you the opportunity to print out your own selection of varieties and herewith compose your own catalogue. Click here for an example.

Although the product specifications of all the varieties are available online, not every picture of Phalaenopsis is available yet, but it will be soon.

Future
Breeding is a durably process and it takes many years before a new variety can be introduced on the market. Anthura would like to show the future and involves growers in an early stage of breeding new varieties.

In the near future Anthura will show the most promising and latest Anthurium cut flower varieties on her website. A unique feature allowing you to “look into the future” and seize opportunities, Anthura gives her growers the possibility to preview the latest varieties, before they become available on the market. An online preview will be available soon.
